I had a phone call at 12 and then a meeting at 8 today. In theory, that was enough time to do what needed to be done.
However, I ended up having to run an errand for one of my sisters, and in the commission of said errand, we ended up with a household debacle that required me to drive back and forth in the middle of the day. And then my garden partner wanted to meet at 5 to do some quick planting. The last part was satisfying--we have a lot of garlic now--but I still didn't get done what I wanted to.
Confession: that might also have something to do with the latest book I'm reading. Yes, it's YA, and yes, it's an homage to *Pride and Prejudice*, but I'm such a sucker for books about Korea, I'm almost done with it.
Priorities! :-D
